ICArEHB is participating in this year Science and Technology Week, a nationwide Programm organized by Ciência Viva with more than 600 free activities all over the country.
This program makes scientists in Portugal known, what they research and their contributions to the advancement of knowledge, promotion of scientific culture, progress and well-being of society. There are hundreds of science and technology dissemination actions organized by scientific institutions, universities, schools, museums and science centers throughout the country.
ICArEHB has been invited by Centro Ciência Viva do Algarve to organize the theme “Archaeology at Science and Technology Week”. During the afternoon, at the Centro Ciência Viva do Algarve, there will be an exhibition and practical activities about Archaeology, for all ages, involving prehistoric paintings and necklaces, quizzes, exhibitions of materials, etc.
