Research Interests

I am part of the ERC funded DISPERSALS Project at ICArEHB. My primary focus is to use computer modeling to study the migration and dispersal of early humans in eastern and Southern Africa.

Short Bio

My doctoral research centres around conducting controlled lithic experiments to understand the fundamental of flake formation, which allows me to gain valuable insights into reconstructing hominins behavior from the stone tool record they left behind. I also have a background in computer science anda m particularly interested in analyzing and interpreting the archaeological record using diferente computational methods.
