Short Bio

Archaeologist and Biological Anthropologist. Degree in Variant Archeology History (FLUP, 1999); Master in Prehistoric Archeology (FLUP, 2005); PhD in Biological Amthropology (UC, 2018). She has collaborated with ERA Arqueologia since its foundation in 1997. She has been a member since 2008 with responsibilities in the technical area, currently coordinating the area of Biological Anthropology. At the same time, he has been collaborating since 1997 in the research team of the prehistoric site of Perdigões (Reguengos de Monsaraz). She is mainly interested in the study of issues related to recent prehistory, namely with regard to funerary practices.

As of 2018, she took on the role of head of Biological Anthropology at ERA.
