Short Bio

I am a paleoecologist specializing in diatom analysis. I obtained my Licentiate degree in Biology and Geology in 2008 and my PhD in Marine, Earth and Environmental Sciences in 2014 both at the University of Algarve. Since then, I have been dedicated to the study of paleoenvironmetal changes and human-environmental interactions, both in Portugal and Mozambique, using a multiproxy approach.
